Its finally released, the latest version of ubuntu has been released and it has all the updates we were waiting for.
Sorry we’re late for posting this, I guess we were all busy experimenting with it :p
For downloading the latest version in kuwait, you can easily download it from our local repository hosted by Quality Net:

other spinoffs of ubuntu are also available such as kubuntu and edubuntu.
As for lubuntu, it wont be officially supported by canonical until till 10.10! needs more development!
