StrongWebmail got hacked!?

Well, it goes like this: If you hack it, you get $10,000… Which some guys did…

The StrongWebmail issued a challenge that, if someone could hack an email account and get details about an upcoming date in the calender, they get $10,000…

The rules were something like no Social Engineering, no Insider information and probably similar stuff…

Some researchers applied MITM attack to that StrongWebmail and provided some precise info about the upcoming to-do thingie…

The special thing in StrongWebmail was voice verification… I wonder how did they actually hack it >.>

That proves one thing that my friend once said: The only secured thing is something you create personally and you don’t know how did you create it neither how to reverse it… That, or my computer that is dug underground with no connection whatsoever to the outer world (That includes power cables) 😛
