Just came back from the Sultan Center in Hawally and noticed a new mall is under the works called “Safa Mall”. I have no idea how this mall is going to be but I do like the water fountain lights. 😀

i want them to kill the guy that decided a new mall was needed IN HAWALLI -.-
this guy, instead of building a carpark is probably going to have us use TSC’s parking, muhallabs and the college’s (hence why they have a pedestrian bridge right infront of the place) ..
so yeah, woo to sticking ol’faithful.. ie avenues, 360 and kout..
