Pisa tower is no longer Europe’s most leaning tower?

Well, here’s a weird news… Italy’s Pisa tower isn’t the most leaning tower anymore…

Jacob van Dijk, a retired geometrician, argue about that fact while comparing Pisa tower with a 12th-century building in the Northern Dutch town of Bedum…

As he was comparing, the Pisa tower is 55.86 meters height and leans about 4 meters… While the other tower is 35.7 meters height and leans around 2.61 meters…

Thing is, if both towers were at the same height, the Bedun tower would’ve been leaning with 6cm more than Pisa…

WHY GERMANY? WHY??

Here’s the REUTERS link.

  1. wait what?
    Dutch is not Germany o.O
    thats Deutsch or however you spell it ..
    Wiki Dutch

    Dutch most commonly refers to:

    * the Netherlands
    * the Dutch language
    * the Dutch (ethnic group)
    * the culture of the Netherlands

    Due to the etymological equivalence between the English word “Dutch” and the German word Deutsch (“German”), “Dutch” has been used historically in the English-speaking world to refer to some things that are not Dutch but German.

  2. no i didnt .. you said Dutch = germany and i just froze .. you invaded my processes with information that made me think!
