New MacBooks has no removable batteries neither ExpressCard

I’ll keep this summarized…

Apple dropped ExpressCard to install SD card slot and removable battery… That goes for the new three MacBooks Pro and MacBook Air

The MacBook Pro 13″ has Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz\2.56GHz, 2GB\4GB RAM, 160GB\250GB HHD for $1,199\$1,499…

The MacBook Pro 15″ has Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz\2.66GHz\2.8GHz, 2GB\4GB RAM, nVIDIA GeForce 9400M\9600M GT\9600M GT Dual GPU, \250320GB\500GB HHD for $1,699\$1,999\$2,299…

The MacBook Pro 17″ CPU can be upgraded to 3.06GHz…

All of the mentioned models above can reach 8GB of RAM and whether have SSD or not…

I don’t want to mention MacBook Air because I’m sleepy and all… So I’ll get to my point:

The prices kinda dropped (Which still doesn’t up for the hardware’s real worth)… And removing ExpressCard and removable batteries? What the hell? Just when I thought “Oh, they’ve finally considered those who might have their batteries damages” they screw everyone around…

What makes SD slot more important than ExpressCard? SD cards can be used by plugging some USB HUB and you’re done… But to give up on a peripheral such as ExpressCard? This is just wrong…

I’m expecting some bloggers to give some (“Are you still flaming Mac? Grow up”) type of comments… It’s cool… Flaming’em is a hobby of mine 😛

Anyway, Check the BetaNews post for more details.
