I know I’m a cheap bastard sometimes, but this is awesome!!! (Could be used for my own argumentative benefits 😛 )
The couple bought iTunes gift cards thinking that songs cost 99¢, but the songs price actually varies from 69¢ to $1.29
The charges are the following:
* Breach of contract
* Violating the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act
* Violating the Consumer Protection Statutes
Now, Microsoft might be ripping wallets (The Zune subscription offers free 10 songs to own each month and access to their millions of songs for $14.99… It’s fair, I think), but they don’t lure and fraud…
If the couple wins, I’ll laugh my hairy sweaty ass out!! 😛
