I passed by my iGoogle to see some urban legends. And clicked on the “Free Dr Pepper” headline and laughed after clicking it…
Apparently, DrPepper guys made a bet that Guns’n’Roses wouldn’t release their album by 2008 (after ofcourse more than 10 years of making) and if they did, they’ll give away free drinks…
Well, they did… And now they’ll have to giveaway free DrPepper drinks 😛
Bad thing its only in the United States… I wonder if something similar would happen here in Kuwait… I’m imagining right now KDD is betting if the economic crisis would end in 2008 and things turn out like DrPepper and Guns’n’Roses 😛
