A crystal thats attached to a soldier’s uniform could reveal the bomb blasts he\she\it have been through… And no, I’m sure they didn’t mean “The Holy Grenade” from “Monty Python And The Holy Grail”… Thats a killer grenade!!!
Saying that, Imagine Kuwaiti soldiers heading to Shwarovski to buy crystals and diamonds just in case =P
