Booze, is your answer!!

Now, this will give women an excuse to do booze!!

According to this study, women who consumes 1.5 ~ 3 drinks a day of beer has lower risk of gaining weight and being obese. But that doesn’t mean it won’t get them any less cranky which serve us men more (Picking up drunk women… Not obese and easy to lure… Muahahahaha).

Things I’d like to quote from the study:

Many other studies that are not nearly as well done or as large as this suggest that calories from alcohol are metabolized differently. The alcohol calories probably don’t count as much as calories from a Hershey’s bar

It won’t change recommendations for my patients, I can say that for certain. If you don’t drink, there’s no reason to start.

This research doesn’t encourage booze consumption… But who are we kidding? We all (Or atleast %99.2839746293874) need excuses to do booze 😛
