The answer is, they sell it for $50,000 xD
I tried to avoid writing this post, but I couldn’t help looking at how stupid things are…
U.S government bought $1.9 million worth of computers which is supposed to be delivered to Iraqi students in Babil. What the Iraqi government did? they auctioned it for less than $50,000 at Umm Qasir’ port.
Reason? Port authorities said that the port have the right to sell whatever “unclaimed goods” are left there for over 90 days and they didn’t know they belong to the U.S government.
Though they canceled the auction and retrieved %90 of the whole thing…
