According to CNET article, the French Canadian government of Quebec is forbidding English-only games if a French version of it exists…
And after reading the update, seems like Canada\Cuebec is REALLY working on localizing their games to French since it’s the official language…
I just hope Kuwait wouldn’t refer to such action… Or if they did, I hope they don’t alter words just because they’re abit inappropriate or won’t use literal translation like most of the translation cases
