.NET Micro is open source and free!?

According to BetaNews post, Microsoft announced that they’re releasing .NET Micro Framework 4.0 under Apache 2.0 license.

Comparing Microsoft few years back and now, Microsoft DID open up a little bit more, didn’t they?
