Woah, this changes everything!!
To make it short, few aircrafts wandered around shooting some lasers over NYC to make an accurate 3D map so they can figure out things like flood points and which surface is good to install solar panels (And probably just use it as a map for Counter-Strike or Modern Warfare 2 😛 )
