I was checking my RSS Feeds and thought of checking this post which seems abit interesting… So I thought of sharing it with everyone…

I’m sure alot of helpdesk and call center guys would make a good use of this article (Though I’m sure when you use such phrases the customer won’t know if you’re offending him\her\it or not 😛 )…
