I’ll leave the game aside for a while…
Afro Samurai; A samurai who witnessed his father’ death (Which people called him “Number 1″… Because he got the #1 headband) by some other fighter (Which people call him “Number 2” for the same reason)…
The headband numbering thing is nothing but to show who’s the strongest, so basically that afro’s father was the strongest and died by the 2nd strongest…
So “Number 2” handed the headband to that afro kid…
The art is great… Not so computerized (And by that, I’m pointing fingers at Naruto, Air Gear whatever and other lame Animes)… I really LOVE the art…
But what with the characters?
It’s TOTALLY wrong for a Samurai\Ninja to talk in a Black way… Not that I have anything against them, I actually like their way of talking…
I like when “Jake” and “Margaret” from Becker talks… It’s one of the reasons I enjoy such show…
But seriously, Afro Samurai is a total waste of art (Though the fights are decently good)…
Such Wappanese… As bad as Tom Cruise’s “The Last Samurai”
Now, WHY THE HELL DID THEY MAKE A GAME OUT OF IT!!??
They’re making a game based on an Anime that sucks?
It could be just me, but seriously… I always ALWAYS remember few theories I made:
A movie based on a game == SUCKS
A game based on a movie == SUCKS
An Anime based on a game == Almost sucks (Few exceptions)
A game based on an Anime == Mostly sucks (Few exceptions)
Free to like what I think or not, but they work mostly…
