A tape to protect buildings from explosions!?

NOT A CASSETTE TAPE YOU IDIOT!!! (Thats what I thought at first :P)

It’s some tape that you use it to coat the interior’s of exterior walls to absorb the shock from explosions so concrete and whatever makes the wall wouldn’t turn to a projectile and blast someone’s head inside the building…

Well, I think we need such thing covering houses near Kabab and similar Restaurants (Hope everyone gets this joke)…
