Ofcourse it’s a known thing that women shouldn’t drink coffee while they’re pregnant so the baby inside wouldn’t have unhealthy state when given birth…

Justin Konje at the University of Leicester in Britain and colleagues made a research and linked caffeine consumption to low birth weight issues…
As what I read and understood, a cup or two of coffee would increases the risk of giving birth to a low weighted baby to %20 (Which is 100ml to 199ml a day… And whats with the 99? add one more ml damnit! :P)…
They didn’t get to that result while doing nothing y’know, they studied more than 2,500 women aged 30 in average with 8~12 weeks of pregnancy…
And ofcourse as a coffee lover, it’s nearly impossible to ask people to cut caffeine totally… So Justin recommended a caffeine consumption which goes below 100ml a day…
Another reason to say “Glad to be a man”
