This is actually an old trick I used to do when I wanted to go places. It works on some elevators but not all of them. The trick will fail when someone summons the elevator right before you press and hold the *Close* button. Keep in mind the new model elevators have a security override key rather than a hack which only the tenant keeps holds off in case of an emergency.
thats why some times when im in the second floor and i press the summing button while the elevator’s in the first floor it goes straight to the third floor without stopping for me! *realization*
